I had spent a few weeks interviewing lawyers to help me with the formation of my business(pretty new and niche field) entities for a new venture and was hitting dead ends. I called Jim because I knew he was a lawyer that handled injury and trial cases but didn’t know that he is knowledgeable on the small business side too. He did not act like he knew everything I was talking about and was very straightforward to me. After doing his due diligence, based on his recommendations I ended up not having to do the original(3 entities) but instead 2, saving me money upfront as well as the future(fees). Very professional, under promises and over delivers! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a lawyer that has your best interests in mind!

Cook Law Firm and their staff made my claim easy, and handled it with professionalism and promptness. I was very pleased with their ability to keep my informed and up to date on the timeline of things. While no one wants to need a law firm they did a wonderful job representing me. I would definitely use them again if the need arises and would refer friends and family to them.

He is the worst lawyer ever!!!! He been working on my case for 6yrs now. Anthony Bannwart never is available staff says he’s going to call back and never calls. I would never refer him to anyone!!!! His staff changes ever week!!! Stay away please!!
