I am absolutely agree with another ONE star review, in the beginning Mr. Ogbeide said he was the master for the mediation and I hired him he didn't appear at the mediation because he is so busy. He put my family case with Ms. Smith and my understanding she is an immigration attorney. She was unprepared to my hearings and the mediation. Everything in the last minute. Mr. Ogbeide got mad because I told him, "NOT PLANNING IS FAILURE" Now, Mr. Ogbeide is charging me $7K, the result of their case management is the suspension of my visitations when the therapist did not recommended that. Mr. Ogbeide and Ms. Smith did not know that the therapist go way from the case and Mr. Ogbeide took the easy way, withdraw from my case. It is hard to get a good attorney. It is interesting that the other ONE star review was coming from a latino lady, I am latino too. Raise up my curiosity if Mr. Ogbeide is racist. I have the proof of payments and come on Mr. Ogbeide, who is going to believe that you work without payment. Reunification therapy without therapist. Very expensive for a FAILURE! Lack of assertiveness. God bless you!

I am grateful with how they handled my families case. They showed so much compassion in what they do, professionalism, and even though my mothers case wasn’t the easiest, they managed to come upon an amicable agreement in between my parents custody.

I will admit I was truly nervous prior to meeting Mr. Ogbeide. Family courts or family attorneys do not have a good track record. Actually, the impression I get from them are wolves that are starved for money with no human empathy. However, that wasn't the case with Mr. Ogbeide. He is a no nonsense type that likes to get down to business. I was told want I needed to do, and I was walked through the process thoroughly so that their wasn't any misunderstandings. Daniel was to provide a prenup. It was totaly inadequate in organization and content to my wife's attorney causing delays. In the end he failed to have the postnup properly notarized.
