It's been over 3 weeks now since I sent them my workplace discrimination case. All I get is automated text messages, no person. It's like they don't care at all. I tried uploading some images of the auto generated messages but this portal won't allow attaching them. First auto message was from 'Jeff' assuring that my case will be assigned to an Intake Specialist. Another auto text was from Breanna asking if I reported the issue before it became a case. She never waited nor acknowledged any response. Since then I've been just getting auto text messages from Jeff saying same thing about Intake Specialist will be assigned. This might be a scam. Even the positive comments here sound controlled.

I really appreciate the staff members at KGS. Carolina, Kendall and Gicell were very helpful and understanding.

Very unprofessional I only received text messages to handle my case 😒 when I called to speak with the person I thought was my lawyer my case was past to multiple people it was very confusing at one point.They took all my money 30% huh out if $13.000 I received..... I asked why the said because of the doctor bill I only seen the a few times Scam

This is the 2nd time I work with them and both time they have been very helpful and easy to work with. Highly recommend!!

So far so good. But we are not finished yet. Everyone appears to be very professional and full of inquiries at the moment.
