The worst

1 of 2 Part Review. Myself and 3 other people were in an accident on 11/12/21 we will go to court in Feb 2024. It’s been a slow process, has anyone else heard of this? Hopefully our case will be resolved in Feb and I will come back and leave a review about the outcome. Now Jazel the paralegal is not so nice. I left a message for her 6/16 and had to get upset this morning 6/27 just to get her on the phone. The lawyers seem ready to handle the case but again I will do a part 2 in February 2024. I can say Jazel called me back and apologized for the delay. My message was miscommunicated and that’s understandable to me. She went on to give me updated information and detailed information on the process of my case. I miss judged her character. I’m confident that my case is in good hands!

Everything was very professional. All of my questions answered. Treated me with respect and understanding of legal help I needed. My case was dismissed because of this firm’s excellent expertise.

The worst old attorney ever. Once he got his $7.5K retainer, I called him hundreds of times and I emailed him hundreds of emails. Once he answered my call after two months, he was 100% ignorant about my case. He did not read a single word. He tried to reply by lies implying that I hid information about him. There is nothing to hide in a divorce case. This is his way to get away of very poor performance and fraudulent behavior. I filed a grievance to the bar and I’m starting a malpractice lawsuit against him soon. He got annoyed of me trying to reach out to him for very urgent manner because the judge ruled to sell my house unwillingly in a divorce manner to pay the opposing counsel. He withdrew without arguing a single word before the judge, not a single motion he filed, and refused to refund my retainer. I did not pay him to study my case if he chose not to litigate it. I will file a grievance to the bar and I may consider a malpractice lawsuit against this quack.

KGS has been a great support system they really care about clients, great people they keep you updated on your case. Awesome law firm they are handling a case of mine
