I would like to give a special thanks to Ashley, Valerie, Tyra, and Gisel for helping us out on our case. I got involved in a car crash in September 2022. Ashley & Valerie quickly got to work to help my mother and I get the proper treatment we needed. Then my case was transferred to Tyra & Gisel and they were patient and answered all of my questions. My case has been recently closed and I couldn't be happier. Thank you so much!

My case is still pending. Beyond ready for it to be over with GOD forbid if I ever get into a accident again I will NEVER use this firm again. My rep Ashely A. Was almost perfect in the beginning. She answered all of my calls and even went as far as speaking with my job management because my accident did happen it a company vehicle. She was Awesome until 1 month in… this happened in May 1. It is now the end of August and I haven’t heard from her since mid June. Everyday I call she is busy and can’t get to the phone. I’ve sent 3 emails and still haven’t received a response from her or anyone who is able to handle my case. I’m BIG on communication and they have failed miserably in that department. Ms. Ashley isn’t actively involved unless it’s the start of your case to give you comfort then BOOM! Leave you high and dry with a million questions! I’m absolutely ready to close my case out. Or I’m moving forward with another Personal Injury Attorney. If I could rate this experience 0 stars then so be it

My case isn’t closed yet but with all the information I received regarding the case, I would recommend contacting other law offices for assistance! UPDATE: So I’ve been paid after the run around! The amount received wasn’t worth any of the things I endured most of the money went to the attorney and doctors! I started getting ignored once I made my first review by Patrica! Valerie was the only sweet and kind person I met and had conversations with! I never saw anyone from the law firm! I don’t feel as if I was treated with care by the doctors nor the law firm! Most doctors were rude and told me what they felt was wrong with ME instead of hearing me out! None of the medication helped my pain or anxiety! If the firm knew my check wouldn’t be much why send me to several different doctors? I complained and cried at times by the way I was treated and was told I couldn’t go nowhere else because I’d have to start all over! The Chiropractor only touched me twice as if I was contagious or some thing! I was asked about my review being changed twice which I feel is wrong because this my TRUTH! If I could turn it all around I would and seek help from another firm! My check was dated 9/10 but I didn’t get a call until 9/12 which is crazy to me but I’m glad I no longer have to deal with this law firm and pray I never have to deal with any ever again! I wouldn’t recommend this firm at all!! Be blessed!

I can say my experience with the law firm was amazing, when I had questions Patricia was always there to answer any questions. I have never been in a situation like this before with personal injuries but Patricia was very helpful and she always helped with my car to get the difference in value she went above and behind… Giselle is always amazing… Your team is appreciated.
