This was our first time and we weren’t savvy on the ins and outs of an FDD. Between our schedules and having a 2 year old Jeff was super accommodating and we were able to do everything via email/phone. Jeff literally broke it down and spent hours on the phone with us not only explaining everything, but making sure we understood, and took time to answer any questions we had.
