He reviewed the standard Agreements for two franchises, identifying flags and non-advantageous terms and conditions. He drafted an Addendum that was successful and coached us on negotiating terms. In the end, we purchased a franchise (eyes wide open) and also asked Jeff to form and register our business entity.
