My partner and I engaged Attorney, Jeff Wheelock, to guide us through the pitfalls of purchasing a franchise business. He reviewed the standard Agreements for two franchises, identifying flags and non-advantageous terms and conditions. He drafted an Addendum that was successful and coached us on negotiating terms. In the end, we purchased a franchise (eyes wide open) and also asked Jeff to form and register our business entity. He was keen, prompt, and thorough in these services and maintained a pleasant demeanor and good humor, even in answering our tedious questions. He made himself very available to us throughout the process and we highly recommend him.

Jeff Wheelock's help was well worth every penny! He knows both sides of the franchise industry extremely well. If we decide to go ahead with our franchise purchase, his expertise and addendum to the contract nailed down in writing all of the areas we had been concerned with in the paperwork...on our terms. First of all, if you ever have the honor to meet or speak with Atty. Jeff Wheelock, realize that you are speaking to a living legend in the legal world of Franchising. Not only is he tip top in his specialty, but he is a world class Franchise Lawyer. There aren’t many Franchise Lawyers in the USA with multiple decades of experience and a successful litigation track record as well like he has. And trust me, he brings his “A” game. This law firm is amazing so If you’re scared of his price, you get what you pay for. A word for the wise: pay at the top and get the best. And if you want to break into big business with the big dogs, then you definitely need Jeff because he does not play any games. If he’s on your team, you’ve got a champion on your legal team. Don’t make a mistake by not hiring Atty Jeff. Just do it! I would hire him any day! Do not hesitate to call him ASAP.
