My first time working with Juniper Title- David Park’s office was a great experience. It was pleasure working with David, he is very responsive and proactive. They underwrite their policies with big national providers. Definitely one of the good title offices I worked with on real estate transactions. I’ll recommend them to my clients.

David is very knowledgeable and nice. We had a customer who had conflicts with the available closing dates, and the only date that they are free to sign the closing document was on a Saturday. I felt very rude to try to ask David if he could accommodate, because I am afraid none of the escrow officer would like to work on their weekend, but David did. He is actually the one who values the customer service like me and will be willing to do everything to close the deal and make the deal done. My customers also gave me feedbacks that he was very nice and gave clear instructions to them for them to prepare for a smooth, easy, and punctual closing. Highly recommend!

Attorney Kline is AWESOME.  Never had I imagined getting divorced and it was an eye opening experience to say the least.  Atty Kline explained the process during my consultation for my divorce and child support/visitation. When my dad passed away, I was sad and mentally exhausted. I knew nothing about wills and Probate procedures. Her positive energy and the respect that she showed me put me at ease right away. Besides the probate she also handled another sensitive legal matter. She helped me understand the process and kept me informed. I hired Kristin for my divorce after speaking with her through Avvo, and getting advice on an question I posted. I decided to fill out my own Original Petition for Divorce, and did the filing myself. Hired Kristin to finish the rest of the process. Fortunately my case was an uncontested divorce, and she made the process so fast and easy. I literally went in to her office on a Friday. The following Tuesday, she emailed my Final Divorce Decree, to look over and approve. The following week we were in court, and my divorce was granted. Very responsive, and does not sugar coat any given scenario. She tells you like it is. I have definitely referred her, and is currently working on my referral case now too.

I had visited with other lawyers before I filed for divorce. Also, I visited with Kristen a couple of times. I chose her to represent me because of her professionalism and for showing a real concern for my situation. It took ten months before the divorce was finalized because of a couple of mediation but Kristen fought for me every step of the way. I was very pleased with the outcome and having her as my lawyer.

Kristen is a great attorney, she will work hard on your case, no matter how many emails and calls I gave to her she answered them all. Kristen fought hare for my child support, to keep my Ex Husband from taking my money, and when he wasn't following the orders, Kristen immediately contacted the other attorney.
