Where do I begin??!! Olsa has been the most important and appreciated part of our journey to obtaining my husband's Green Card. We have a story nothing short of stressful, scary, maddening, and quite frankly abusive. We went through 3 attorneys before finding Olsa and we thank God that we found her! So many immigration attorneys out there are in the business of taking advantage of immigrants that simply do not know the laws or when they are being taken advantage of. It is absolute abuse they convince these people to file needless paperwork and string them along just to continue collecting from them! My husband started out with an "abogada" of which I won't give the full name but I will give the last; Buitron. The experience we had with her was just disgusting, I sat in her office many times watching these immigrants show up in there work uniforms (usually some type of contruction) still with mud on their boots to hand over their entire paycheck to this woman just to fill out paperwork and get nowhere with their status. Once she realized I was on to her and her abuse of so called power amongst these individuals who don't speak the language and just wanted a better life, she informed my husband she would no longer discuss the case with me; only him. Well let's just say she was messing with the WRONG gringa!! I immediately started seeking other counsel and unfortunately we ended up in yet another paper mill. Long story short we finally ended up in Olsa's office and knew immediately we had found our attorney. I like to call her the bulldog, she is a beautiful person but is as fierce as they come. A real no nonsense woman who doesn't take sh** from anyone and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of her clients. I so wish we could go back in time and have had her from the get go! My husband's case was far from easy but Olsa fought with all she had and gave us excellent guidance thru the entire process. She single handedly won the unthinkable and kept our family together. The countless hours she spent flipping through our file and correcting the former attorneys mistakes does not go unnoticed. She was always on time and over prepared for anything that came our way. We highly recommend Olsa to anyone dealing with the nightmare of correcting your status. We look so forward to obtaining citizenship and we know that with Olsa on our team it will happen! Update ... my husband will officially be sworn in as a citizen of the United States of America on September 18th 2024. We are so excited and so thankful to have had Olsa to get us to this point. Recomiendo ampliamente a la abogada Olsa y a su equipo, preparó la defensa para la presentación en la Corte inmigración por el caso de petición de asilo. Adicionalmente, la abogada Olsa nos ayudo con el tramite de solicitud de tarjeta de residencia para un familiar y tambien nos ayudo con el tramite del TPS para otro caso. We contacted Olsa after a family friend was detained at the airport. Our friend was going on five days of detention and we did not know anything about the situation except for the location of the detention facility. During a late afternoon appointment we discussed our concerns with Olsa who assured us that she would find out what is going on. In less than two hours she emailed us with information from ICE and explained the situation. An incredibly quick response that eased our concerns. I personally did not know how hard and stressful the citizenship process was until I met my wife.
