It was great having Monica Hennessey to handle our estate planning. I have used Monica more than once to handle my estate planning. Monica performed the following legal documents for my wife and me: Will, Statutory Durable Power of Attorney, Declaration of Guardian, Appointment for Disposition of Remains, Directive to Physicians and Family or Surrogates and Appointment for Disposition of Remains. Monica is very personable in communicating with her clients. She is very timely in responding to appointments. She is very thorough in explaining each document and makes sure that you have a great understanding of them prior to your signing. I highly recommend her to any person needing estate planning.

Hi all, A close friend referred me to Monica when I need some legal advice and documents created and executed. Monica spent about an hour with me over the phone during our free consultation & gathered so much information that she was able to prepare my will, Power of Attorney & other documents I needed. ALL without needing me to go to her office!!! In today's hustle & bustle world, that meant a lot!!! After a week or so, I scheduled an appointment to go in to sign the paperwork in front of two witnesses. Everyone was fully prepared upon my arrival and the process was super simple & fast!!! Also, I learned that Monica's rates are quite fair and reasonable! I had been asking around for a referral for years when I was finally introduced to Monica---I am so glad I was able to find the right Attorney to work with!

She was easy to understand and explained things so my wife and I understood not only what the document said but what it meant in everyday language.
