I received my resident card (green card)!!! Their immigration team has great communication, updated me on the status of my case and kept on top of all USCIS news! The Gonzalez Law Group helped my dad with getting his will and testament started and made the process easy and pleasant. Aracely was so professional and extremely patient with us asking questions and explaining everything in a detailed manner. Highly recommend their services.

Long story short, the best part of this process was paralegal Aracely Olivera. Before she was assigned to me I had 3 different lawyers from this firm and an unless amount of paralegals who would keep asking me the same basic questions (ex my deceased relative and my SS; DOB etc) and when I would tell them that this information was already given they would still require it and bill me for the call and email. Only 1 lawyer apologized and didn't charge phone call, but did charge the email. I know lawyers are expensive but the disregard to my questions, and unwillingness to keep all my information together or even look at the email history is unprofessional to me. Again Aracely was the only person who was on top of her game and as my case went on I could tell there we're some changes made in staff for the better. Just wish this had been done in the beginning of my case...
