Wow, please save yourself from the headache of not getting anything completed. They always wait until the very last min prior to trial. That's when they rush to have anything done. They charge you for their own mistakes, confirm via phone that they made them. When you try to advise them that you shouldn't owe for them doing double the work, they advise they will not move on with your case until you pay the balance. They never communicate within their own house because they switch you with different lawyers under there own umbrella multiple times and tell you prior to court date. They do not advise you what's needed up front. So when you listen to their advise, you end up having to do the correct way on how the Judge requires to complete your divorce. Also, when I couldn't afford to pay during Covid, They still held strong for late payment surcharge. So I missed one payment for less than $100, multiple surcharges later, I am paying over $700 for one late charge because I couldn't catch up. What took them 1 over a year & over $7500 to do absolutely nothing. I paid a different lawyer for an Uncontested Divorce $2500 got it done in 2 months. And the only reason why it took 2 months was cause The Gonzalez Group were not communicating with the Judge to allow a Substitute of Counsel. After the substitute took place (completed in May), this Group is just now calling me (late June) to advise they got it done, when if fact, they also incorrectly submitted a Substitute of Counsel request. Where my new Counsel submitted one on my behalf and had it signed by the Judge within a week. My current counsel recommends I put in a Complaint against this Law Group. If you ask me how the billing department did during my experience, I would say, Absolutely Excellent. But the customer experience, interaction, and duties that were paid to have done... they were Absolutely POOR. Its just unfortunate that Google does not have a Zero Stars option. Again, Save yourself the time and Money. Other Lawyers out there care about the clients issues to get them resolved.
