I was a new client, I called three times trying to get in touch to see what the status was with my case and I waited for 2 and a half weeks for a response. They only responded to me because I was canceling my service with them, and they did not want to lose my money. My invoice just came out and i had to pay it. That was fine. As I was getting my refund of my retainer they charged me an extra $260 out of spite. Great way to make a stressful situation more stressful. I work hard for my money and they took advantage of me. I hope that no one else gets treated like that.
