My car was T-boned and totaled by a woman who was texting, and I was injured. I was assigned to a Client Service Manager after my accident in May 2022. The young lady had very poor communication skills. She sounded sleepy whenever we spoke. She rarely returned my calls, and whenever she gave me a timeframe on anything, it never happened on time. I even had to call the office to find out if she still worked there. I was not happy with the recent settlement amount, and I do not recommend this firm to anyone. Please do your research before signing up with a law firm to get you what you deserve and to treat you with respect after the trauma you have gone through. Update: After I posted the review, I received a call from one of Godsey Martin's representatives. He wanted to hear my complaint verbally (I guess). He said he was very sorry that I was dissatisfied and that he would confer with his boss and see what he could do. He said he'd call me back. That was over two weeks ago. Crickets. Update #2: I received a call after the above update. GM wanted to make it right and asked me what I wanted. I received another check the next day via Fedex. A better ending to a bad experience!

Lori Hamilton from the intake dept was a big help. She was patient and informative. I absolutely recommend giving these guys a call if you need any help with an accident.

Brandy M Paschal has been absolutely amazing. She keeps updated communication with me. Made the initial contact to my insurance company and has been so helpful and accommodating. I really do appreciate how pleasant she has made this experience out of something terrible.

I would recommend them to ANY AND EVERYBODY!!!! My accident was hands down the scariest thing I've ever experienced. Miriam "Miri" Amaya and Dana made this experience so easy a d stress free. I truly felt as ease the entire time. Miri was a blessing to work with. Always attentive, never had to reach out for anything, she was ALWAYS on top of EVERYTHING, keeping me updated to where I never worried if they were doing their job in assisting me. I pray I never have another accident but if so, I know exactly who to trust and put 100% confidence in. Thank you ladies a million!!!!

My best experience overall was having Juan Aguirre as the right hand man on my case. Juan was very patient and kind when it came to me asking him any questions. If I called Mr. Aguirre amd left a voice mail he made sure to call back with assistance. When I need help with finalizing my case Juan was right there on top of getting it handled. I wish Mr. Aguirre nothing but success and hopes he can help plenty others when it comes to their claims. Thanks so much for being patient with me I will definitely recommend this law firm to others.

I highly Recommend this place to anyone out there that’s been involved in a car accident. “I Just Got Hit.” Ms. Rebecca was very concerning and caring. She was my representative. The entire time she made sure that I was updated about my claim, and was always checking up on me, my health and how was I feeling. Shout out to Ms. Rebecca!!!

After signing a representation agreement, I later decided not to pursue the claim. I left voicemails and emails. But like the other reviews stated, the communication was horrible and the "I don't care" attitude was apparent. Juan Aguirre called me and actively listened to my concerns. He made the release a smooth process. Even with my decision to not to proceed, Juan ended everything on a good note. I don't know if he represents clients at the firm, but if he does, I'd want him as my attorney. He should start his own firm or totally clean house with the current employees.

I have been working with Godsey Martin Law firm on my accident case and my case worker NZINGSA HOLMES worked diligently and hard to get me the absolute best deal possible. She is a great communicator and I felt she honestly had my best interest at heart. I recommend that anyone hire them for representation !!
