Jasmine is great. She has taken care of everything and answers all my questions.

I used ‘I just Got Hit’ 10 years ago and had a great experience. I know that business is booming and things take time. 10 years ago I waited about 6 months I believe for everything to be finalized and to be paid and everytime I called or they called I was treated very well. It’s been 14 months since my accident this time and I haven’t received anything. When I call or when they call I feel like they just want to say the bare minimum as quickly as possible to fulfill the duty of having spoken to me and get off the phone. They don’t care about me. They don’t care how long it takes. They are getting so many cases ‘settled’ each day that as long as the money is rolling in they know eventually mine will roll in too. They aren’t going to rush my one case because to them I’m 1 out of 10,000 or however many they have. I would never use them again. I would chose someone with less clients who can really take the time to focus on me and get me taken care of with some sense of personal empathy and concern.

Yovanna, was a very helpful lady she took care of my Shaiell Patterson. I really appreciate her patience and time with my daughter.

I spoke to Amanda English, she was very patient and informative. She walked me through the process and told me what to expect. This was very important to a senior citizen that have never worked with an attorney and that is not computer savvy. Thank you Amanda a job well done.

They make a lot of promises that they don’t keep just to get you to sign up with them, Don’t fall for the I just got hit commercials!😤😠😡

Your radio commercials seem to be geared to uneducated Black people. Commercials don't have to be ghetto for Black people to understand them.
