This company is a fraud! My son and I was in a car accident and we called them. In the beginning they acted like they really wanted to help us. But as the days went on and we tried to call them they never answered the phone and we didn't receive a call back for maybe many days or weeks. There was nothing done on the case while they had it and then they when we didn't want to go with them anymore they wanted to hold our case with the lien. And when we requested them to send a letter without a lien they wouldn't do it so we are following with the Texas state board against them. You just can't do anything and then expect something from it. I would advise that you do not go with this company. Go with the company that's more reputable and would truly work on your case. Oh and another thing that kept passing us around from person to person to person within the firm. I Just Got Hit will hit you hard with non-work!

DONT DO IT! FIND ANOTHER FIRM!!! All of the bad reviews are on point. You have to chase them by calling repeatedly to get updates on your case. Keyanna Pennailton is my negotiator and the worse. Even her supervisor Linda don’t return calls. She have asked me for the same documents 6x that I sent lost wages in four different emails. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO NO ONE! Cute commercial but that’s all they have. Services is Trash!!! It’s sad because it’s your own people. 👎🏾 these other reviews are not lyin.

i highly recommend I Just Got Hit !!! Ebony Ebony EBONY is an angel !! Baby when I say God has his angels watching over me ! I mean just that. Ms. Ebony went above and beyond for me. And she did it with ease. Very prompt and most of all very kind and sincere. She not only listened to me she actively listened and thats a major difference.
