I have been waiting for about 9 months and I have to literally call and leave messages. I NEVER get phone calls. I only get text message updates and it sucks. It’s always we are still waiting on records. I actually work in this field it does not take a year to get records. My case worker only spoke to me during the intake time and since then nothing unless I reach out to her. Maybe I should request a new case manager I don’t know but I totally regret using this law office. And after all this time my neck is still hurting.

Well, for a longtime I was not happy with the customer service but then later after my one year of accident my new attorney Carolyn Ortega was AMAZING!! She helped me a lot and I am grateful to her!! Before I was going to give this a 1 star rating but thanks to Carolyn I will give a 4 star rating for sure!!!!🥰🥰
