I was in an accident over a month ago and Lisa Carrion has always made a way, to go out of her way, to make sure I'm doing good. Even when I found out my car was totaled it was through her because the adjustors hadn't reached out. It has been stressful along the way and honestly that is one thing that has helped, having someone who cares. I definitely would recommend this company and I hope you're lucky enough to get Lisa as you case manager.

I will never go back to this law firm or recommend this law firm to anyone. If you want to be left out the loop or constantly calling them for an update then this is the law firm for you. The case mangers (which are not lawyers)are clueless and have no idea what's going on with your case. I had to give them the information so many times for my case to start moving. They are clearly over there heads with customers and can't keep up with the work. Look somewhere else or find someone who knows someone dont call them keep looking.
