It’s been a great experience using Godsey Martin for my auto accident. Christina Kennedy kept me informed about my case, from beginning to the end. I always knew what was going on with the case. She gave me excellent customer service each time. My Attorney David, who she work for gave me excellent advice about my case and informed me as well. I would definitely recommend Godsey Martin. I speak with someone new every time and often have to repeat myself on many things. The physical therapy office they sent me to on 1960 and Butte Rd is awful and just a money grab. Their communication is terrible and they are not on top of their stuff at this law firm. My mom used them and told me not to go through them and now I’m upset with myself for not listening. Go somewhere else.

I was hit by a driver that ran the stop sign my attorney Mr. Frederick Williams and my Adjuster Rachel Rogatski have been doing a incredible job handling this claim and have kept me updated on everything happening. It has been very stressful because i was injured and it is relieving to have this law firm taking care of everything for me. Thanks again Godsey Martin! Dennis Burdick

Last year I had a better experience great team working with me Ms.Markitha was on it, even helped me get an advanced payment. Unfortunately this past January I was in a car accident with an ambulance service, a month later I suffered from a stroke and is still currently going back and forth to several doctors. I lost my job and life is kicking butt right now, with that being said you would think my case would be a little different but nope I'm doing all of the calling and emailing smh very stressful, yet they want me to continue going to therapy etc...I told them I'm tired I have too many doctors to go to because emy stroke etc. I'm still waiting. I will say Ms.Esther Medina is very polite and understanding.

On my way to a job I just got hit so I called and spoke with Yovanna Torres .She was very professional and helpful guiding me thru the process. I’m so glad I called them yovanna was quick with the response on the steps needed. I highly recommend this company and great job on your staff’s performance.
