Before I hired Godsey & Martin the other person’s insurance was offering to pay for my car being totaled. I hired Godsey & Martin and they told me that I don’t need to speak with the other insurance anymore and also told me not to accept the offer because they are trying to “lowball” me. Long story short, months have went by and the other person’s insurance denied me all together. Another issue I had was literally NO ONE answering the call. I’ve been working with these people for the last 3-4 months and only have talked to them twice. I had Lashunda Minnit. She never answered, my calls, emails, or text. At one point I was calling her for weeks straight to ask about the other person’s insurance providing a rental car. She finally responded 3 weeks later and basically told me that if I need a rental call a car rental place. As if I was bothering her. I would have a better off representing my self. At least I had an offer before them. Now here I am with no car, a back injury, and an offer that is now denied because of their negligence. Please don’t waste your time with this people. I called them a few days ago (of course they did not answer the phone) so I left a voicemail stating that I no longer wanted to use their services. Just now they “conveniently” decided that they wanted to drop me as a client. This place is really a joke. Please learn from me, DO NOT LET THESE PEOPLE WORK FOR YOU. And PLEASE don’t ignore all of these bad reviews like I did.

If I could, I would give a ten-star rating for Ms. Henrietta Brown who has graciously provided excellent service with her professionalism and kindness in working diligently on my case by consistently communicating with me, answering all of my questions, and negotiating to make sure I received the best compensation for the injuries I suffered.
