I recently called to get information on an accident that I was in and Sarafina Medor did a really great job at attending to my needs. She answered every one of my questions to my satisfaction and updated me on everything. I really enjoyed talking to her and I’m glad to be working with her.

I have been working with them for a few months specifically with Miss Velasquez I never get called back they say they will respond within 48 hours and they never do it's been weeks I still have not heard back from anybody at this point I'm not sure I will ever work with them in the near future or ever

Not as good as they are advertised everywhere very unprofessional with almost to no communication on your settlement. Definitely a no Go!

No communication mainly voice mail calls that aren't returned back with a long processing that in my opinion is not fighting for the people now if you have to wait a year or longer they all deserve less % of the settlement if you ask me your whatever level of pain and suffering vs paperwork,time consuming and Vacations is why your case takes forever nice people but everyone don't stand for the community people.

Choosing the Godsey Martin Law firm to handle my not at fault accident back in April 2022 wasn't a good choice for me. Was assigned and tossed about by several of Fredrick Williams team with him being the ring tosser. In over a year, I spoke with him once. However after I received a call from Ashley Oredio negotiator, she was able to give me very much information and assistance with my case, checked and kept me up to date weekly. Made me feel somewhat better concerning this firm. However in March, the Chief Negotiator Mr. Dominique Garza took over my case and let me tell you when I say this guy here is awesome, trust me, he is just that. He's very informative, concerned and most importantly a man of his word, a man of integrity very professional. And when I say concerned, as the negotiator mind you and not the attorney, this guy is the Attorney and Negotiator all in one. He's never too busy not to call you back whether it be via phone, text and email. If he tells you something, you can put your finger on it. I do believe, individuals like him, Ashley and his negotiating team is what's keeping this firm a float. He should have been my attorney and not whoever this so called Fredrick Williams in whom has never reached out to his clients. I pray that God Excels Dominique Garza in his career in ways that only demonstrates an over abundance of blessings. Thank you Dominique Garza for being in my opinion the voice for this firm.

They handled their business and I'm satisfied with the outcome. Highly recommended.

This is hands down the worst service! Clearly everyone is overworked , especially the case workers because they never call back unless they need something or they are directed to. I haven't spoke to the actual lawyer on my case since the very first time and she still didn't call back until I left multiple voicemails. They do NOT and I REPEAT DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS! Please read this before you decide to become a client. I have left the lawyer multiple voicemails in the last 4 months and she never calls back. I can't wait for this case to be over and I will NEVER refer anyone to them, not even the person I like least in this world! HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE!

Five months later still nothing. It’s ridiculous and confusing enough all people are being told is all companies are 3 months behind on things and it’s very sad . Life is so hard and people still try to rip you off. It’s very sad i hope I never have to go through this again man this wreck happened in 2022 September or October here it is July 2023 with no updates on anything or a decision or at least negotiations by now but nope nothing Okay so im gonna start off with, this is still an ongoing case. I do not appreciate not being kept in the loop of things. The stated they would keep me informed every three weeks not the client continuing to have to contact them. They must forget that if it wasn’t for the CLIENTS they would not have a reason to fight. Let’s get that clear. Now, another thing I do not like is they do put an urgency to get documentation so they can fight for their clients. It is not fair that we struggle waiting for an update then when you do get an update it’s we are waiting just like you are no put some fire under some people and make some stuff happen dont just sit back and wait. In addition i been waiting this long there is no way they are coming to me with this is all we could do. Cause they going to have another thing coming so Godsey Martin GET IT TOGETHER AND QUICK THE REVIEWS ARE NOT LOOKING GOOD FOR YALL COMPANY LETS DO BETTER STARTING NOW ! if I get treated better I’ll give credit where it’s due but right now I’m not happy at all with their services !

It’s been over a year since we’ve had our accident. This particular Law Firm hasn’t kept their word on keeping us updated on our case as stated. I have noticed that when they do call you it goes straight to my voicemail so that they don’t have to answer any questions. When you call them right back they are never available!!!! I will never use them again.
