The firm is professional and polite. They are extremely patient and go out of their way to assist you through what has been a very stressful and long process.

I was in a auto accident on may 11 2021. I was referred to this law firm because my friend told me they can help me. Here it is today June 27 2022 and case still hasn't been settled. I was told I would get a update about my case every 2 to 3 weeks and as of today if I wanna hear anything about my case I have to call them. My case has also been switched over to 3 different people. I call in ask for the person handling my case and get toldsomone else is working your case. I've talked to them and all they keep saying is were still awaiting your medical chart. I've talked to other law firms and they told me my case should have been settled.

June 21, 2022 Five stars if for Glenda Fuller, assistant to Aaron Godsey. Glenda Fuller is absolutely the best part of the Godsey-Martin Law Firm which will be referred as GM or the Firm through the document. Ms. Fuller should be cloned across all professional realms especially throughout the GM Law Firm. She is the only one who has been extremely professional, considerate, attentive and personable in the short time of communications with her. She always responded almost immediately whenever I called which is contrary to the totality of my experience with the firm. She adheres to her word. Had she been the person with whom I communicated in 2017, I would not have had to contact the State Bar of Texas just to get a response the individuals responsible for handling my case including the attorney DM (no longer with the Firm) who was assigned to my case. Just recently, I had to contact the SBOT for the same reason. After leaving messages across the Firm, prior to speaking with Ms. Fuller, I spoke with AJ who also was non-responsive. She failed to provide simple information as she promised and ignored me for a week until she was apparently apprised that the SBOT had been contacted. She quickly responded to my request. I would be remiss if not giving accolades to whom they are due. Notwithstanding the aforementioned issues, Glenda is a treasure for the law firm who should be venerated. Her respectfulness exudes a fine vintage of an individual who understood the assignment of treating others with respect and genuine concern. Individuals who contact the Firm are seeking help, empathy, respect, and the professional acumen to successfully handle their case. Ms. Fuller is also encouraging. Speaking with her is uplifting as she shares her words of encouragement with an element of jocularity. There is no substitute for the qualities that come natural for people like Ms. Fuller. As an individual with advanced degrees, her comportment is hard to mimic but can be infused throughout the Firm. I realize that we are not clones of any other but, the personnel whom I have encountered could have in the very least tried to be respectful. Ms. Fuller actually is responsible for giving me a new perspective of the Godsey-Martin Law firm. Thank you for hiring the best part of the Godsey-Martn Law firm in Ms. Fuller. I had a great experience with Godsey Martin Law Firm. Dominick Garza was great! He was knowledgeable, thorough, and always responded in a timely manner. He definitely turned a stressful situation into a manageable one and made sure I understood the process. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone in need of an attorney!

Called right after my accident and spent over an hour on the phone with an attorney, never heard back from and they never answered the phone. Got a call from someone else who said my case was assigned to them and they never followed up with me again after I left voicemails and sent an email. Still battling with my insurance company and never received help from this firm. The only thing they did was get me in with a physician and let Geico know I have an attorney, other than that, nothing.

I had just moved to Houston to start work after graduating college, and less than a week after arriving I got hit by a car that ran a red-light. I felt completely overwhelmed; I was still tens of thousands of dollars deep in debt for my student loans, and I had just relocated halfway across the country to a place that I had never lived in before. Horrible!!!!!

Literally the worse experience of my life. DO NOT GO WITH THESE LAWYERS. The lack of communication is astounding. Case began in February 1, 2021 I have had about 5 different paralegals on my case since it has began, and apparently I now have a new lawyer named Ebony who has not contacted me once. What makes it worse is on multiple occasions, I’ve voiced all of my concerns to someone name Sue Smith, I believe and was assured I would be contacted and never was. When I called to talk to someone whoever answered the phones (older woman) said she would send an email and hung up in my face. Unprofessional is an understatement.

I suggested a friend call this place after he was in a car accident. It's been a horrible experience for him. He was promised help they are doing the least for him. He's been out of work for more than a month when he first called to get information they promised him the world and they've delivered nothing. Now he's been out of work for over a month can't pay his bills and they won't even give him a advance on his payment. Even though it was promised with the initial phone call. The person who hit my friend had minimal car insurance however my friend had excellent Car Insurance. Now they don't want to sue the person who hit my friend from the back instead they want my friend to suit his own insurance even though it was not his fault. They know they can get more money from my friends insurance so they're not even seeking out the other person. Just seems a little dishonest to me I don't know a lot about car accidents because thank God I've never been in one however seeing what my friend has gone through really makes me leery this company and any other lawyers. Seems dishonest if nothing else.

We got into an accident where a driver was recklessly driving distracted and ran a stop sign. We got hit pretty hard and resulted in us sustaining many injuries. We heard about them from the radio from hearing their ad being played so much, we reached out to them for assistance. From the beginning with intake with Paul to our current manager Jasmine Urbieta it has been a smooth experience. Getting referrals and setting appointments up to where we need to go and who we needed to see. To keeping in contact and keeping us caught up, to receiving information and collection information, to call backs... Jasmine Urbieta has been excellent. Even though we're struggling with a lot currently. Jasmine has helped us tremendously. We are grateful for her and the law firm being there for us. We wouldn't know what else to do without Jasmine and the firm's help. Definitely reach out to them if you need assistance after a car accident. Thank you once again.
