I called this morning 3/30/2022 to hire a lawyer and the woman that answered the phone was very unprofessional and very rude no interest in helping me the first thing she said was what issue do you have like REALLY?! As I was trying to explain she tells me again what type of JOB ISSUE?! With an attitude and everything she must’ve not had her coffee that’s the way they answer the phone I don’t know how they’re still in business!!!! RUDE No sympathy for the clients

The intake process was very stress free. Once you've been in an accident the last thing you want is stress. Amanda English assisted me with the intake process and shortly after I was assigned a case manager Amanda Bell. Both of these ladies were awesome in their responses and their eagerness and willingness to provide the assistance that was needed. I look forward to working with them.

I just got the best settlement with this company it was very stress free and Priscilla is the best at what she does.very respectful and professional. Always giving me a heads up on everything that was going on with my case. Leaving me with no worries. It was a great experience!!
