Very not satisfied at anything they do never çall back and paperwork always messed up idk what to say but these guys but today I'm looking for something else before it be another year getting papers together SMH

They don’t return emails or calls in a timely manner. Also, they take too much of your case money. They add the medical in it . It is not taken from the medical part of the insurance

Got hit in January and I’m halfway through my case. Even when my case manager Brandy Paschal was out of town, I was still able to talk to someone from the office.

Juan was definitely a HUGE help. He worked hard and went up and beyond expectations. Didn’t let my words go on deaf ears, and got results beyond what was requested. Thank you Juan .

The firm was great for the most part. Communication and consistency was a bit rocky in the beginning. Once Emile Lopez Vo was assigned as my attorney things picked right up. Emile was very accessible and responsive anytime I needed to contact her. She provided me with real time updates as they came to her and kept me in the loop at all times. Emile thoroughly explained following steps any time there were changes. The assistance she provided was exceptional!
