I was blessed to be assigned a great negotiator at Godsey Martin. Leilani Bailey has been nothing but amazing. She is helpful, understanding, and knowledgeable about how things work when it comes to negotiating with Insurance companies. I explained to her that this was my 1st wreck and she gladly took time out of her busy schedule to explain to me the process. She made me comfortable with the whole situation. I had a accident in July of 2018 and was severely injured and they totaled my car from the rear. I finish my last doctor appointment in January and and still no settlement and I haven’t heard back from no one since January I guess it will be 2years before it’s settle. I will never use this lawyer again because they don’t touch bases with you and let you know what’s going on with your case.

I contacted Godsey Martin for assistance with legal representation and received excellent service from Jelisa R. King and attorney Juan Aguirre. They both were extremely professional and eager to address all of my concerns. Jelisa made the entire process painless and she made me feel valued. I would definitely recommend this law firm to anyone who is unsure of what to do when an accident occurs. Their staff is friendly and exhibits a sense of urgency when addressing all of your needs.

I am more than satisfied with the level of attention I have received from Godsey Martin Lawfirm. My Client Case Manager was Ms. Amanda Bell who was very courteous to me and my family, I could always hear her smile on the phone when she would be updating me with new information related to my case. I never felt as if I was left in the dark regarding my case, because I wasn't. My voicemail box history and my email inbox history both show a clear and consistent level of communication between Ms. Bell and I. When the times arose that I would come up with a question or concern regarding my situation I would call and if she would be with another client I figured out on my own she would notice it was me through caller ID, so she would multitask by e-mailing me seeing if she could answer my questions through email and if not she would schedule a set time when she would not be with another client and would call me directly to help. I certainly recognized and appreciate her level of professionalism and efficiency. With the way everyone nowadays have busy schedules and being considerate of people's time is something that a lot companies, firms, even family are simply forgetting to implement in the way they conduct themselves or their business. I appreciate the level of service, efficiency and professionalism that resulted in a good experience for me during difficult times. Thank you Amanda for everything you have helped me with. I do hope no one has to go through a terrible accident like the one I did but if you find yourself in one my advice call Godsey Martin Law and ask if they can assign Amanda to you because when you start feeling stressed about the timing and place of the accident and the surrounding circumstances she and the firm do help in not letting you feel and bear all the weight, they help I never felt alone in this. Thank you once again.

I wish I would have done my research before calling this "law firm" this has been the longest process and I feel like I am just another file. My accident was Oct 2018 finished therapy in December and now its May 2019 and it seems like each few weeks the process is longer. Also to request such a large percentage seems like more of a rip off when the client is going through more pain and suffering. I know I should be entitled to more but at this point I just want my settlement and to done with this law firm. Whoever is in charge needs to stop and take a look at what they are doing. They are not here for the people or they are taking on too much but this is beyond ridiculous. I was almost going to write a better review until I was told I should have my settlement by the 23rd now I don't know when that will happen. Please don't listen to the radio or if anyone refers you don't listen that was my mistake. Their experience wasn't this bad but now looking at reviews I can see the level of service and business isn't getting any better. I just cant wait to be done with this entire process. I can say the only person that has been the most helpful would be Kimberly Clark but I just think this isn't the right law firm. Wish I could take my case else where.

GIRL YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED!!! I believe the good reviews are the newly added victims of this scam to bait you in. Slap in the face for supporting Black business. Case loads are obviously way too heavy. I'm pretty sure their employee turn over rate is extemely high or they pleasure themselves in passing the buck. I got the message. Smash n grab. The opening voice over in the "hood" radio commercial is terribly accurate. SIX months in and I'm still being questioned about lost wage info and releases from doctors offices. I've since lost the vehicle (maintaining the care) and the job (not on a bus route)... GIRL YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT JUST HAPPENED... It's not about the client AT ALL. Trust me, it's no loss on their end. Wish I couldk0 rate a 0 star people are not good im in Houston but the ones in dallas did my case all are sorry never update you forget about your case until u call and put it on your mind. They never return calls no matter how many meseages you leave. Big regret

Don't waste ur time because they don't fight for u especially when they aware u was injured from all the MRI, X-ray, and etc they still allow insurance company to bully ur case never got a penny for missing work for trrtreatms, pain and suffering nothing my advice get someone else
