Got hit on August 4, 2018 it is now October 10, 2018. No one has contacted me and when I call I get the runaround. Bad business I tell ya. Won’t be recommending you all to anyone. Smh Today is 12/5/18 after my last review I was contacted by the person handling my case and they did give me more information towards my case but I have yet to hear from them again to get anymore updates. I'm not sure why they can't keep their client informed on what's going on whether nothing has changed or has. I'm trying to be patient but I just don't know about this firm. At least keep me informed because to me you all are not taking my case seriously. Today is January 27, 2019 I talked with my case manager at the beginning of the month and she gave me a small update. Hopefully my case can be finalized soon. Don't understand why it's taking so long for an open and shut case in my eyes.

Mr. McNeal was knowledgeable and walked me through the process. He was courteous and remained available to answer my questions and answered all until I was satisfied.

I’ve been dealing with the same case for three years. Every 3-4 months i have a new caseworker call me and say they will have someone call me the following week with more information and I have yet to be provided with any information. My representative missed my original case and it’s dang near impossible to get someone on the phone or get a callback if you leave a voicemail. The one star is for the receptionist and/or call center that actually pick up the phone. So this is an update of a year later (which makes 4 years) out of the blue I get a call saying my case has been settled and I’ve been going back and forward with Litigation Jimmie Carter. I get a different story from him in regards to receiving a check every time and the timeline changes. He has no idea if the check is with the insurance company or with the Dallas accounting department and “it is what it is”

10 months to low ball me? Poor communication, poor follow ups, 8k auto damage, 17k in medical Bills and I get offered 14k total for lawyer and bills? I do not recommend this firm at all.

They have literally sent me to 5 different doctors for the same thing. Not to mention how the 1st doctor was a fraud. They even scheduled me for doctors appointments that were an hour and a 1/2 away from my house. Even though I live in the 4th largest city in the United States and just 10 min from the medical center. They clearly do not care about whats going on with me medically. I'm very disappointed, let down and streesed by their service. They never answer their phones nor do they send the emails they say they'll send. It takes forever for them to get back to you. I have become just a pawn in their money game. I regret my decision in using this law firm. And they've also been pretty insensitive to the fact that I got PTSD from the car accident. My case was easy. I was at a red light and was hit by a drunk driver. I can't believe how complicated using this law firm has made this case out to be. I hope whomever's looking for help out their finds better help than what I've received.

I decided to read the reviews after none of my phone calls and emails have been returned in the last 2 months. I do not understand what is going on with this firm. My case has been with them for the last 3 years. The case changes hands constantly. I always have to reach out to them and they always give me the same story... I am so frustrated with this firm it's sad. My niece's case was closed without any payout. They told her all the money went to therapy. I'm afraid they are going to do me the same way because they are not answering calls or emails. I think 3 plus years is long enough for a case to be settled. They will always tell you they are working on another case or the attorney is not available. The thing is they aren't waiting on anything from the other party, everything they have told me they are waiting on happens in house. If you choose them you will receive voicemail after voicemail and unanswered email after email. I'm broke, scared and completely discouraged. I put all my trust in this firm. I do not like having to write this review but I want to be honest with others who may seek assistance from them. I would suggest you look elsewhere.
