This company is a scam do not I repeat DO NOT deal with with this company they do not do good business...They will hold on to your case, and then drop you with little communication after procrastinating and holding your file on their desk for 2 years.If I could sue Gotsey Martin I would...If you want a good lawyer go through the Texas Hammer.

Great Service, very friendly.

I have been a client since January 2017. I get the same answer every time I call for an update on my case. I don't feel like the staff care about the well being of the client. I honestly feel like I am just being given the run around. I have only spoken to my attorney once in 8 months!!!! If I could give them a half of a star I would.

Very decent,caring, and professional firm

I was in my accident Oct 2016, once I was clear to think I immediately called Godsey Martin. They were attentive and caring and started working on my behalf. If I was unclear or unsure on how to go about doing something, they stepped in and did it for me. I received the best care. They made sure I went to the best doctors. I am claustrophobic and when It was time to get MRI on my back i couldn’t handle the machines were I had to lay down and be inside the machine for 45 min. I tried it twice and told them about it, they immediately found another route where you can sit up and watch TV while they take the imaging. It was a little far out but It worked and I was able to get it done. After care, when it was time to move to negotiation, I worked with Shelby Hunter in the Dallas office. Shelby was really kind and patient. She made sure she reached out and kept me updated on everything they did. If I had a question, it only went unanswered if she was out of the office or the office was closed-which was 1% of the time. My Attorney was David McNeal who kept it real about the case and fought on my behalf to make sure I got was due to me. When it was time to settle, he made sure it was okay with me. He didn’t just say”this is good were going to settle”. He talked to me, and wanted to get the okay from me before he moved on. That made me feel like he was really fighting for me, which he was. Shelby was able to get my medical bills reduced a lot, when I went to pick up my settlement I was stunned. I wasn’t expecting that amount back, but I’m truly grateful. I’m grateful for Mr.McNeal and Shelby. I’m my opinion I had the best people working for me. I pray I never have to go through this again, but if I did. I’m calling them and I know I’ll be takin good care off. Thank you all so much.

they are fake people .say they going work on your case . but come to find out they are not and have you waiting for months for they to call you. BAD BUSINESS - you call or email them 30+ until they get back you STAY AWAY STAY AWAY STAY AWAY YOU BETTER GET OUT - RUN RUN

Everyone there was professional and courteous. They helped to ensure all of my medical needs were covered and were extremely easy to work with. Someone was always available and eager to answer questions. This was my first experience needing legal assistance with a claim and this firm made it easy. I would definitely recommend this firm to friends and family.

This entire process was handled with excellence! The case was handled very professionally by all the representatives involved in settling my case. I am happy to report that the entire process was very smooth. I am very appreciative of the representatives who work for this law firm and I am astounded by the amount of the claim.

I wouldn't recommend this law firm to anyone well the Dallas office that is. I have been chasing them to get updates and information regarding my case. The professionalism in the office is horrible. I can honestly say I regret choosing this law firm.I have had to wait double the amount of time and still waiting on my son case to make progression only because this law firm mixed my sons information up. I have currently been waiting on a lien letter for my insurance company since January. If you have a choice DONT CHOOSE THEM....
