A friend was hit by a Big Rig and didn't know what to do so I filled out all the information and provided them with everything needed in reference to the accident. I asked, "by me referring a friend and providing the necessary information they needed, may I be given a referral fee." They told me at first I would be, then later said they don't give referral fees and went on to settle my friend's case for a large sum. But me the one who made it possible and connecting them together could not be given me anything ...👎👎👎

Loved my experience working with them. Took very good care of me and got me the money I deserved. If I ever get hit again I know who I'm calling. Just wish they would have called me a bit more but other than that terrific.

If your poor with only liability don't waste your time was rear ended from back by Uber driver driving recklessly and because I only had liability insurance never got the help I'm just left with no vehicle ...They should state that in their long commercials on radio only call if ur able to pay for full coverage .... needed to rate with no stars

My collision was April of last year, and my “Case manager” has changed at least 5times unbeknownst to me. The only time I receive an update, is when I call, or email in, because no one reaches out to me as they should.
I know and understand that I’m not the only client, and case, but this is highly ridiculous.
When I call in the half sleep “Phone operator” just transfers me to different extensions without even hearing me out.
Most voicemails say they’ll return your phone call within 24hours. This is FALSE.
I wish leaving a half star was an option.
