The slogan is what made me go to their website while looking for an atty for my case. I text they got back to me Amanda Collins was a godsend, she made me feel at ease and that she really cared. She took my information she told me the next steps. She was very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to use this firm if I were to ever need an atty again.

I have gone to Godsey Martin twice, the first case was smooth sailing. Which caused me to go back the second time. The second time, the “chiropractor” contracted through Godsey Martin tried to get me to lie on my paperwork and sign papers stating that I had been treated at her office on days that I wasn’t there. I brought this to my first attorney’s attention and it was swept under the rug. When I did go to that chiropractor, I was placed on a machine and left alone for 30 minutes...no physical adjustments or massages, just an electrode machine. My case changed hands several times without notice and there was little to no communication, despite the fact that they tell you they’ll call and update you every 2 weeks. Towards the end of my case, it was handed off to attorney Laura Martinez. She actually kept in contact and kept me up to date with status changes with my case. Overall, I would never deal with Godsey Martin again and they get 0 stars. The 2 stars are for Laura Martinez for being such a big help.

I would not recommend anyone do business with this firm. They started working on my case in November of 2019 and I have dealt with 3-7 different agents over the years.. this has been an absolute headache. I have attempted to reach out to my current case worker Cecilia multiple times and the only response I get is repetitive emails. I do not appreciate the way they treat they’re clients at Godsey Martin and I will not do business with this company in the future. Very disappointing, do not waste your time!

I would have thought my case would’ve token at least two years, my case was handled in less then a year! Thank you so much Laura Martinez, she did an amazing job and kept me updated and got me the compensation I deserved, would definitely recommend this law firm.

This law firm is not so organized but there are some good lawyers and team members within that really will go the extra mile needed to resolve and close the case! Cecilia Espinoza was BEYOND GREAT she came in and saved the day for our case which was at first assigned to a lawyer that was not doing so great with our case at first, but once she came in she got EVERYTHING taken care of right away and my check came very soon after so BIG KUDOS to Cecilia!!!!

Cecilia “CeCe” was very nice and responsive to my needs. Whenever I called regarding my case and left a message for her to call me back, she would contact me in an instant. She was always courteous and kind. Her customer service ethic really set the bar high. I appreciated having her as my case manager.

This team was very professional and responsive despite the delays that COVID has caused this year they were always responsive and attentive and answered any questions or concerns I had. It was a pleasure working with Janet Jackson and Elena Flores to finalize my case. They were so helpful and persistent with getting my case settled. I am thankful for the experience I had with Godsey Martin!
