This is absolutely a ridiculous law firm..Case manager is never on top of the case at all..Cannot get no one to return your call at all. I would never recommend this law firm to no one..Absolutely the worst..

You try to work with companies like this to only be disappointed. No calls no updates and 7 months later nothing. Ridiculous! You call and get no response and no call backs. Stay away and work with a company who honors what they say. It's sad that you can't trust some law firms or insurance agencies.

Well it's has been a jounrney since my accident..I want to take the time out to Thank Laura Martinez for checking on me makimg I was okay.Also whatever I ask she came thru..Also I'll like to Thank Jenny Cruise she also step when I didn't have anyone over my case .So im at the end of my jounrney hopefully I'll see better results at the end.. can't wait to see...what they offering Have a blessed day .Overall im happy hope I stay happy till the end

You get No Stars. In back y'all Penelope Muanya. Search my name in contacts you will see same ole same ole. No call back No return phone calls when they say. They don't follow up on what they supposed to let them say. Also I'm told 1 thing need to be done or they should have gotten response well guess what a month later still the same Nothing Done! Instead of giving funds away to family's in need how about the families that reached out to you for help you try resolving US first... I would not recommend Not EVER will I don't care if a decade later they resolve my case. Godsey is the worst experience I have ever dealt w/ and I suppose to be the Client. Also next what is going to happen like routine. As soon as they see this comment someone will call. Everyone will promise to resolve and be on top of it and then 2 months later because I always give enough time for they excuses of what why and how's they dropped the ball again! Just to be back here again providing you w/ the disappointing details of my case going No where at all! I suggest the first time you have to get on they comments to get they attention that you make it the last because you should not have to chase them down regarding details and happens of your case. Godsey you getting multiple pay outs so you not hurting. I'm just looking for one or at least what's happening with my case w/ out the Lies I have asked No one for. Make it look so bad for us and makes it hard to want to support our minority businesses but of course by Godsey Martin example its understood why we don't!

I was impressed with Attorney McNeal. A little frustrated due to how persistent they was on contacting me only cause I work all day and couldn't get call, that being said it gave me a since of relief knowing I wasn't forgotten and put under a stack of papers my claim was in March 2018 and they continued to this day contact me via email and cell phone as well as text. Mr. McNeal was very professional and educated me on what was going to happen during this process and was concerned about me not feeling nervous over all my experience with this law firm has been 100. Thank you Godsey Martin.

My experience with Godsey Martin-Houston office has been absolutely amazing! Mr. Lorin George my attorney and Ms. Irene Ayala were helpful and always responded to any questions I had regarding my case. Their follow up with me and overall handling of my case was nothing short of AMAZING. Both Mr. George and Ms. Ayala always gave me prompt information and were very helpful and patient with me and answered every single question I had. Talking with them was more like speaking with friends that were there to help you with whatever you needed. The level of custom service they showed simply amazed me! If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Honestly if I could give Godsey Martin Law Firm zero stars I would. No one in the office returns phone calls as promise or keeps you updated with what is going on with your case. At one point, I had to gather my own information to send to them because they were taking their sweet time. It’s disappointing..

I am very satisfied with my lawyer, David McNeal . He was very thorough, and had no problems doing his due diligence . He was also helpful and kind. I would recommend him!

Case was started October 2016 I have just received my check today January 2019. My case was open and shut, but it seems every 4 months I had someone new on my case because they kept quitting. When I did talk to them they were very professional and informative but them answering the phone or returning a message was rare. I wouldn't recommend seems they have to big of a work load and an issue with keeping employees 😬

I immediately thought to call this firm after I was involved in a hit and run. It got off to a rocky start to be honest, but after David McNeal was assigned to my case it has been a much smoother process! He takes time to explain details and keeps me informed of case status. Jenny has also been a great help. Thanks you all!
