My DUI was Dismissed without showing up at the court. They answer all questions Professionally and Friendly.

In July 2020 I was arrested for a DWI 2. There were many problems with how the cops handled the arrest. Since I was arrested during COVID my case took a year and a half to get a verdict. That entire time I did not have to go court not once. Jim handled everything and we got a Dismissal on November 19, 2021!!!! Very happy with the outcome! Thank you Butler Law Firm 😊

I had found myself in a sticky situation and needed to find an attorney quick! After speaking to many many lawyers I stumbled upon Jim! I knew he was the one from the moment we spoke! Jim was out of town with his family and took the time to call me and find out what was going on, why I needed a lawyer etc! That itself spoke volume to me! The second moment I knew he was the right choice when I met him in-person (Pre-Covid) he didn’t promise me a dismissal like all the other attorneys will do, he spoke facts. He told me of course we want a dismissal but we need to see the facts first. He explained to me the process and if my BAC wasn’t where we wanted it to be there was still options. That is what i needed someone who was gonna be honest with me from the jump instead of promising a dismissal not knowing what my situation was or the severity. Long story short it was way off of what would of been ideal but I was very fortunate and lucky to get into the PTI program and earn a dismissal!
