All I can say is please do your due diligence when dealing with these people, particularly hiring "settlement factory" attorneys. Also, please read all of Mr. Cashman's articles on his website concerning copyright trolls. It's a treasure trove of great information. Even though I didn't end up retaining Mr. Cashman for his services due to me being in another State, I would definitely recommend him if you're in Texas.

I contacted Mr. Cashman upon receiving a copy of a subpoena to my IP for disclosure of my identity by virtue of alleged copyright infringement(s). Mr. Cashman provide a free consultation and obtained copy of the out of state filing.
