If you have any doubt about whether you should work with Rob, let this review dispel those doubts! Rob has been in this field working these kinds of cases for over 20 years and most importantly he is honest and principled about how he takes them on and the nature of the attorney client relationship. Was asked by Elliott Cin to review a case for him as a medical expert for a set fee schedule as agreed upon by both of us. I did the work in a timely manner as requested and was never reimbursed and after which Elliott Cin stopped responding to all communication. Avoid working with this attorney as he is not honest in his dealings.

Mr. Cashman provided me with extensive free legal consultation in dealing with a particular "copyright troll". All I can say is please do your due diligence when dealing with these people, particularly hiring "settlement factory" attorneys. Also, please read all of Mr. Cashman's articles on his website concerning copyright trolls. It's a treasure trove of great information. Even though I didn't end up retaining Mr. Cashman for his services due to me being in another State, I would definitely recommend him if you're in Texas.

I contacted Mr. Cashman upon receiving a copy of a subpoena to my IP for disclosure of my identity by virtue of alleged copyright infringement(s). Mr. Cashman provide a free consultation and obtained copy of the out of state filing. As I talked to Mr. Cashman, he went through the various options available, possible results of settlement negotiations or allowing the case to go to a Federal Court trial.
