I was struck from behind by a vehicle while riding my bicycle and the driver left the scene. The accident was near fatal but fortunately the driver was found and charged. Ryan DeHoyos stayed one step ahead of everything happening and kept me informed about time lines and expectations. I’m honestly not sure if I ever even had to call him. He had the attitude that he was upset and taking it personal that someone would do that to me and just leave me in the street. He delivered on everything he said he would. I have and will continue to recommend him to people that i care about.

Truly an accident victim's best friend! My son and I were involved in an auto accident where we were rear ended. The insurance treated us like the accident was no big deal and this interruption to our lives was normal. The insurance also insisted that I wasn't injured in the accident since apparently their adjusters know when someone is injured because they all have doctorates in medicine (extreme sarcasm).
