Spoke to Ashley Mascorro today and OMG the most helpful person, gather all the information she needed and provided me with so much helpful information, so glad I found this firm and I just know I'm in great hands for my case.

0 Stars!! I had an immigration case with her and withdrew it from her, it took two years for our application to get approved, she was never available when I would call her after it was approved. She never communicated what were the next steps, there was always an excuse from her secretary and paralegals to why she couldn’t answer the phone, they always said they would call back and never did. They never got my emails but somehow they were calling and emailing me after I said I wanted to withdraw my case, to the point that Kim Bruno wanted to personally talk to me! I gave her $5000 which went to the trash because she never did anything. Just know that if you make an appointment and walk into the office you will have to wait a long period of time before someone helping you because it’s basically first come first serve. Don’t waste your time or money if you have an immigration case. Do your research correctly before hiring someone who will just take your money!!

Dehoyo law firm took my case after a fall at Bush Intercontinental Airport. They fought diligently to fight against United Airlines. They were adamant about assisting me with my case. After speaking with the airlines the law firm was told that United Airlines didn't have their cameras working during the fall. Oh well, I can say that Dehoyos Law firm pulled-out all opportunities to assist me in this matter. They sent me to doctors' offices and paid for medication. Ultimately, DeHoyo fought for me and I was told that I have two years to fight jor my issues with United Airlines.
