They will lie and steal your money do not recommend this attorney. My wife hired her because her father came from mexico asking for asylum becasue of the violence in mexico and becasue he is sick and in need of a kidney transplant. They didnt even bother sending the right documents and letter we provided and didn’t even show up to his asylum court date and now he is facing deportation where must likely he will die from the violence in mexico or his sickness. You failed him Kim Bruno!!

If I could give 0 starts I would ! First of all I came here because a friend recommended her to me . I hired them for my dads case and honestly they didn’t do anything for him , the secretary didn’t do her job right , she didn’t send the papers she had to send for his case , communication was never there I would always had to call to recive updates because they wouldn’t do it . They didn’t even know he was going to be deported until I called and ask why ? According to the secretary the judge couldn’t see the information she send them , she even called me days before to ask why my dad was there because supposedly to her Kim didn’t know what was she defending him of !! Which to me it’s ridiculous. They just stayed with the money without even helping !

I highly recommend De Hoyos for anyone in need of an attorney. Ashely, senior take in lead was exceptional and took my case in right away. She’s always available to answer any questions and concerns at anytime of day. My case manager Denise and Ashely helped walk me through the entire process as it was my first time going through something like this . I’m so grateful I chose to work with them :)

You know nothing in life is guaranteed. I had doubts. I was scared on my wife's behalf. I had so many questions because I didn't understand. Kim resolved it she sat us down and as much as we asked she answered. In the end she came through. Kim and her office jumped to help us I can't thank them enough it's hard to place faith in someone to truly care and want to help. Thanks to the whole office. I know not every case is the same not every judge and attorney on other end is the same some care more to do their jobs even if it means "coming across as rude" the dhs and judges got a job to do just like we do. But God prevailes. I can say I highly recommend Kim Bruno and just have faith. Again nothing is guaranteed but pray pray pray have trust. And be quick to help her help you.
