Horrible. They do not return calls. Intake center keeps saying they are connecting you to the claims and it only circles back to the intake Center. Portal they direct you to in order to fill out a declaration does not recognize my information even though I have all the paperwork from 2021. I keep receiving the texts and emails though telling me not to delay filling out the declaration. I feel like they’re intentionally setting me up to fail so I am kicked out of the pending suit. This is the biggest joke ever. It’s amazing that their website even says contact them that they are there to help us every step of the way yet nobody is jumping up to call. Seems like the more people that are not in the suit would be more money for them. I guess I don’t count.

Just received 3m settlement. Judge ordered plaintiffs receive minimum of 50% of gross award. Not the case with Pulaski. Seems I need representation for the representation. Legal crooks.. provide them with everything, and they charge you for it. Why are they billing me for my work in the case?

Id say that I now need Representation for the representation....smh. Simply am in disbelief after the staff mis representation and technical issues. A HUGE LOSS FOR THE VETERAN COMMUNITY IF YOU ARE REPRESENTED BY THIS GROUP OF LIARS.. I MEAN LAWYERS. SORRY MY TINNITUS IS ACTING UP.

Very poor service, call the number listed online takes to wrong department, refuse to transfer, call the number they provide brings back to same wrong department, this time they transfer only to get disconnected, call back a third time now they refuse to transfer cus I called the wrong department ....... VERY VERY disgusted with their service or lack of!!

If you have a choice choose somebody else, they did a class action lawsuit and made 100’s of millions and left the military veterans that they where working for out of the loop and we watched everyone else associated with the law suit get paid and we are sitting her clueless without any communication from this law firm, so I strongly advice not to give them your business and money if you don’t have to. They solicited me and if I knew I had other options besides Pulaski I would of took it before I dealt with this company…be aware and stay away at all cost

I continue to trust and have confidence in this law firm. When I signed to be in the Zantac class action breast cancer lawsuit, I was told it could take five years to settle the cases. I have waited and continue to trust this firm to do all possible for me and thousands of other clients assigned to them. Contact from them is a difficult process yet I realize there are thousands of people calling, texting, emailing them so I wait. Five years is coming up soon and I look forward to getting news from them of the outcome for me and others who have suffered through breast cancer that has a lifelong effect in multiple ways. I had double breast cancer, two surgeries, and treatments that still affects my health. Anxious to hear but confident I am in the best hands of competent attorneys.

Terrible representation, they do not seem to care about their clients or veterans. Our settlements he is in an interest bearing account for them while we wait to be paid so they can take a ridiculous amount of fees and profit from our money before they ever pay us. DO NOT USE THEM. They will not update you or return your messages.

Definitely will not be calling for any personal issues. If I'd have known before that veterans would be getting reamed by attorney fees and waiting months to hear anything, I would have never dealt with the headache to begin with. Have called several times, and was told someone would be in touch within 48 hours. It's been at least a week since the most recent call, and a few months since I have initially called, with no response. Every email is met back with vague, run of the mill replies. I now regret the time that has been wasted, and sincerely wish I had chosen another attorney. Please inform yourself, and do your proper research before selecting representation. I would leave negative stars if I was able to. Please heed warning, as many other reviews show.

This lawfirm has done nothing but cause me a lot of stress to were I am falling sick I so sick in tried of being told this and that back / forth they settled my case and take out all their fees but yet I'm still awaiting way back from Iast year of Dec 15 , 2023 this is so ridiculous then when u get upset about on the behalf how long there or taking they don't want to hear that I've been give them the document that they asked for so what's the hold up now!!!.

This law firm has undoubtedly stolen my money and violated my rights in many ways they gave my personal information to a third party company that had nothing to do with anything I signed when I began dealing with this company and somehow obtained my social security number and personal information made me pay for it and have the nerves to say it’s standard procedure for them I don’t recommend that you deal with this company and if you are contact the bar association and get in contact with a hippa rights attorney because what Pulaski kherkher does is not at all good practice it’s thievery and down right bad business
