“Gabby was absolutely horrifying to work with she was consistently rude and the worst to work with. She refused to provide me with the information that I requested.”

Occasional delays in communication and updates
“HORRIBLE communication and updates liars on top of that I was told 6/21/24 that my checks would be mailed on 6/24/24 I called today 7/2/24 to find out why my checks had not arrived and I spoke with Ana and was told they were just mailed on 7/1/24 without any communication prior that they weren't mailed out and she was extremely incompetent and inconsiderate about instead of going above and beyond and overnighting the checks she mailed out so now I have to wait even longer to receive and have no guarantee that will happen as I was not provided any tracking number so again I'm at the mercy of unprofessional incompetent liars.”
