I had a very disappointing experience. I paid for a one-hour consultation but only received half an hour of time. She rushed through the session, promising to contact me again after the half-hour mark. However, I waited for two days and heard nothing back. Even though I had sent my case details a week prior to our consultation, it seemed like she were reading it on the spot without prior knowledge. I even tried to reach out via text expressing my disappointment, but received no response. In my opinion, a lawyer should strive to make clients feel supported and understood, not add to their frustration.
