My family used the Holland Elder Care Law team to help us when our previous attorneys suddenly closed shop without warning us and my Dad's Medicaid status was not renewed. Michael Holland and Martin Sabel did an excellent job gathering the information, filing the right forms and ultimately needed to bring the HHS of Texas to court for failing to make a timely determination of benefits. I am an attorney myself but this area of law is so convoluted and so tricky that you really need someone on your side who knows how all of this works and can navigate the waters safely. They were instrumental in restoring my dad's Medicaid benefits. I highly recommend them.
