I have been using the Holland Law Firm since 2018. They have helped me get all my affairs in order for my entire family. Mom, Dad, and myself, and numerous friends and family members. Holland Law walked me and my family through the Medicaid process for my father with out one hiccup. This is my go to Law Firm I would not trade Michael for all the tea in China.

Michael, Martin, Kathy and Debby along with the other staff members did an outstanding job of handling our Medicaid case for my Father. They told us exactly what they needed from us and once we submitted the required documents they went to work for us. I have had the privilege to work with Mr Holland and Mr Sable on law matters, applications and other documents needed. The office atmosphere was professional and clean. The documents were timely completed and efficiently prepared. The accuracy was impeccable. The office personnel were courteous and very knowledgeable. In fact they went the extra mile to ensure that all of my questions were answered. After my case was completed I had other law questions to arise concerning other personal matters and they willingly assisted me. Last year was a very different with the COVID starting just as my mother in law got sick and had to go to a rehab facility for skilled nursing rehab, little did we know at that time that it was going to be turning into long term care for her. We knew that she would be needing 24 hour care that could only be provided there and then facing the financial stress that she didn't qualify for Medicaid. The nursing facility told us the Medicaid application had to be filled out within a week. At that time we decided to start looking for an attorney to help us with this very stressful process. When we met with Michael and he assured us that his law firm could handle this ( because this is what they do) and have her approved for Medicaid I still had my doubts. We went ahead and hired the Holland Law Firm and it was the best decision we could have ever made. Applying for Medicaid was very stressful; at times I lost sleep, felt like pulling out my hair, it is something that I would never wish on anyone not even my worst enemy. Kathy and Martin were there to answer all of our questions to assure us that they would be taking care of everything that all we needed to do was send them the information that was needed, and I still had my doubts. They even called to check on me because they knew how stressed I was about everything. Anytime I had a question they were there they explained the process and reassured us that she would be approved, and she was!! The dignity shown to our father in talking through some difficult subjects has been so very appreciated. Every question has been answered in a timely manner. They are organized and thorough. After two failed attempts on my own to get the Medicaid approval my father needs, The Holland Elder Law Firm was able to get him approved within 3-4 months. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and really helped educate us through the process. They patiently and expertly walked us through our unique situation and shared their experience of what to expect as the case proceeded. I can't recommend them more - we were able to get my father the care he needed quickly during the COVID-19 craziness and he is doing so much better because of it. We literally couldn't have done this without them! If I could give them more stars, I would.

Mr. Holland and his staff helped me and my Dad complete documents for my Mom. They were professional and compassionate throughout the process. We never felt rushed and felt like everything was handled in an amazing time frame. If my Dad and I had tried to take on the work Holland Law Firm did - we'd still be buried under paper.
