The folks at Holland Elder Law are awesome. I've worked with them on a Trust account for my Mom for a year (intial set-up and annual benefits renewal). The original contact was thorough and they made it easy for me to understand. On the website they offer a free PDF book. Once you sign in you never get the promised copy. I think they are just collecting contact informations. Fraud!!!
