Cons
1
Difficulty reaching the firm and getting responses
“This has gone on for about two weeks and I have not heard anything . Its says alot about your establishment you can't simply call or acknowledge a client to begin their case and not simply return a phone call.”
2
Unsatisfactory client experience and poor service
“My experience with this law firm was not a good one. I was told that they are reputable, which is why I contacted them in the first place. My family and I needed a lawyer badly so I called them on April 26th and spoke to Amanda you consulted with me. She sent me a confirmation email stating that we spoke to each other, and she said I would hear back in a few days. Those few days came and gone and I called back on a Saturday since they are open 24 hours. I spoke to Byron Alfred himself and reiterated my situation. He then said his team will start working on my case and I should hear back soon. Once again days went by and I did not hear anything.”
