If anyone is looking for an Elder Attorney, I highly recommend the Holland Law Firm. My Mom has Alzheimer's and having to make the decision to place her in a facility was so heartbreaking and stressful. Then.... there was the COST!!!. They were able to get my Mom qualified for Medicaid on two separate occasions. Before her Husband passed and again after he passed. I would have never guessed they could get her qualified, but they made it happen! Having Michael, Martin and Kathy on my side was nothing short of a Godsend. Thank you again to ALL of the staff for your support, compassion throughout the endless tears and always responding quickly. I am forever grateful!

I could sit here and tell you how my life was turned upside down a little over a year ago when i was charged with a felony that i did not commit, and that i was facing up to 99 years in prison. But i'm not going to bore you with the details. But i will say It was serious and i knew i needed an attorney with the background and experience to handle my case. When we were no longer able to care for our mother at home, they handled the application for Medicaid for the nursing home as well as spousal protections for my father, who was still living “in the community”. I needed to submit an application for my Mother for Medicaid. It was our first time applying and the process is intimidating. The Holland Law firm with Michael and Martin made the process less intimidating. They knew the ins and outs of what needed to be done and how it needed to be done. They were meticulous! They treated me with respect and were always available to answer concerns and questions with what seemed like the speed of light. I recently found out that my Mother did get approved for Medicaid.
