It is with great pleasure for me to write this review for Holland Elder Law Firm. The amount of service and care Holland Elder Law Firm handled my mother's Medicaid case is nothing short of amazing. Personally, without them, I don't believe I would be able to navigate all the policies and conditions for Medicaid. They provided straightforward directions and outstanding care in a timely manner. Communication is their number one key asset, which many law firms need to improve upon. Whenever you require a status update or are confused about one of the necessary paperwork, etc., they are always a phone call or email away. I urge anyone seeking to receive Medicaid, entering their loved ones into a nursing home, or other related service to use Holland Elder Law Firm. They were an absolute pleasure to work with.

Always patient with me and made time to answer any questions i had with my case. They always respond back in a timely manner. The Holland Firm has always gone above and beyond to help my mother and I navigate the complicated world of Medicaid. The staff have always been willing to listen and have been beyond patient with my questions. I could not have gotten through the maze without them.

First if all they do have very good customer service as far as phone etiquette. However my experience with this law firm was not a good one. I was told that they are reputable, which is why I contacted them in the first place. My family and I needed a lawyer badly so I called them on April 26th and spoke to Amanda you consulted with me. She sent me a confirmation email stating that we spoke to each other, and she said I would hear back in a few days. Those few days came and gone and I called back on a Saturday since they are open 24 hours. I spoke to Byron Alfred himself and reiterated my situation. He then said his team will start working on my case and I should hear back soon. Once again days went by and I did not hear anything. I called again and spoke to Amanda. She had NO knowledge of me speaking with Byron Alfred and said she would get back with me later that day, she did NOT! I called a few days later and asked to speak to Byron again and was told he would get back with me and he never did. This has gone on for about two weeks and I have not heard anything . Its says alot about your establishment you can't simply call or acknowledge a client to begin their case and not simply return a phone call.

I have been using the Holland Law Firm since 2018. They have helped me get all my affairs in order for my entire family. Mom, Dad, and myself, and numerous friends and family members. Holland Law walked me and my family through the Medicaid process for my father with out one hiccup. This is my go to Law Firm I would not trade Michael for all the tea in China.
