Phillip J. Payter got my ticket dismissed right away. Very happy with the service! My court date was changed, but I didn’t receive the notice and showed up on the original date. Still, Phillip spoke with the court and had my ticket dismissed without me having to go back again. Extremely happy with the service! Highly recommended!!!
