Dont ever get a ticket in Pasadena Tx and have Sullo and Sullo represent you! I should have went with another firm. My first court date my lawyer with Sullo and Sullo asked if i had insurance i told him it had lapsed but i had it then. He said no worries it didnt seem the cop wrote me up for no insurance just the ticket. He asked if i was speeding i said yes and told him why. He said he would fight.to get it dismissed and to have a seat. After going back and speaking to the Judge or whoever he talked to in the back, he said came out, called my name and said the insurance came up and neither was dismissed but they can reset it and he believe both cases would be dismissed. Today, i went to court to find no one was there from Sullo and Sullo to represent me. Instead the lawyer who i saw at my last court date that represented "Citzen " (Another firm) was there stating he was there to represent Citizen, Sullo &Sullo as well as a few other firms. This guy was cursed out by another person in spanish at my last court date because he feel he didnt fight for him. Long story short, I ended up paying the higher ticket for no insurance($400), told i didnt qualify for a reset and it was no reason to go to trial because they could end up charging me for both tickets. Out of the whole court room maybe 5 people can say he fought for them. This has put a bad taste in mouth and i no longer will use Sullo and Sullo nor would i suggest them. By the way, the lawyer name is Alan Garcia.
