Terrible experience. She is rude and does have an attitude. Very unhelpful, did not even look at my paperwork

The service provided, or lack thereof, of Attorney Kim Bruno is unacceptable. As of today, the average processing time for FOIA requests are 8 business days for simple requests and 197 business days for complex requests. My mother-in-law retained her services in September 23, 2021. It has been 550 days since she retained Attorney Bruno, but there has been 0 FOIA request that have been completed. Immigration attorneys won't touch my mother in law's case until they are able to see information that the FOIA request provides. Attorney Bruno's office insisted that said request was submitted. However, her office failed in providing her with an update on her case or follow up with further attempts of FOIA request, like they should have done months ago. Now, my mother-in-law is back to square one with no resolution to this matter.
