Overall great experience from something I thought would be stressful. The customer service and effort here is top notch! They treated me like a person and not just about another case. Kimberly and Ashlynn are wonderful and so sweet! Mr.DeHoyo also went above and beyond to make sure I was compensated well, and I’m so thankful for that. Rude, full of herself, impolite. Most arrogant and disrespectful woman I’ve ever met. Did not even greet us back, looking down and making phone calls after we sat in front of her. I explained the case to the best of my knowledge and she had an attitude as if we weren’t gonna pay her a dime. I am there to hire you, not to ask for charity services. She got frustrated with my brother for not understanding her CHOPPED UP Spanish and rolled her eyes after every single question. She’s even rude with her staff, telling them what to do showing no manners. If you’re gonna help immigrants at least be ok with them not understanding English because you’re gonna get a lot of those. And she still had the audacity to say she will charge me $6000.. I would not hire you even if it was free. SMH Español Grosera, engreída, descortés. La mujer más arrogante e irrespetuosa que he conocido. Ni siquiera nos devolvió el saludo, mirando hacia abajo y haciendo llamadas telefónicas después de que nos sentáramos frente a ella. Le expliqué el caso lo mejor que pude y ella tenia una actitud como si no fuéramos a pagarle ni un centavo. Estoy allí para contratarte, no para pedir servicios de caridad. Se frustró con mi hermano por no entender su español MAL HABLADO y ponia los ojos en blanco después de cada pregunta. Incluso es grosera con su personal, diciéndoles qué hacer sin mostrar buenos modales. Si vas a ayudar a los inmigrantes, al menos que esté de acuerdo con que no entiendan inglés porque la mayoría de inmigrantes son hispanos. Y ella todavía tuvo la audacia de decir que me cobrará $ 6000. No te contrataría aunque fuera gratis.

La abogada es pura promoción fui para mi caso y ni siquiera leyó mis papales solo poniendo cosas negativas delante hasta que me podian deportar no la recomiendo para nada perdí mi tiempo ⏱️ después de esperar más d una hora para la consulta además ni siquiera dejaba explicar tomo muy poco interés
